What this policy covers
This site is an independent B2B matching and introduction service. We collect information so we can assess whether a location may be suitable and, where appropriate, introduce you to an installation or operator partner.
What we collect
From the site assessment, partner form and contact form we may collect: name, business name, website, email, telephone, postcode, country, business type, site details (space, utilities, access, visitors), commercial preferences, optional photos of a proposed location, and message content. We also receive technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and any advertising parameters (for example UTM tags) submitted with a form.
Why we use it
- To review site suitability and respond to enquiries
- To introduce you to a relevant installation or operator partner where appropriate
- To operate, secure and improve the website
- To keep records of introductions and any commission due from partners
We rely on legitimate interests in operating a B2B matching service, and on steps needed before a contract with you or a partner. Optional photos are provided by you for assessment. We will not use your details for unrelated consumer marketing lists.
Who we share it with
If an introduction is appropriate, we share relevant enquiry details with the selected partner so they can contact you. We use service providers who process data for us (website hosting, form software, email delivery). We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the introduction and our accounting, then deleted or anonymised unless we must retain them by law.
Your rights

This policy does not cover how an installation partner uses your data after an introduction. Their own privacy notice applies to that relationship.
