How it works
Self-service dog washing as a commercial amenity
A self-service station lets dog owners wash their own pets on site. For a host it can be an amenity and, depending on the arrangement, a potential extra revenue stream. Outcomes vary by site, utilisation and partner terms.
What the customer experiences
Secure the dog
The animal is placed in the commercial bay or tub and restrained as designed by the equipment provider.
Pay and wash
Payment is typically taken at the unit. Wash, rinse and dry follow the operator’s programmed sequence.
Leave the amenity clean
Cleaning, drainage and maintenance routines are specified by the operator — not by DogWash Connect.
The matching process
- You submit a site assessment: location, business type, space, utilities, access and commercial preference.
- We review suitability. Not every site will be a fit.
- Where appropriate, we introduce you to an installation or operator partner covering that territory and model.
- The partner discusses specification, installation, servicing, warranties and commercial terms with you directly.
DogWash Connect does not install equipment and does not guarantee acceptance for any commercial model, including zero-upfront installations.
